Yep...It is time to buy 4D!
It's amazing! It's unbelievable!
I actually went to the GYM and did close to 1 1/2 hrs of Cardio to burn off the fats
In addition, I skipped my breakfast and had only the following for lunch:
Rice with tofu n vege, potatoes and hot dog and baked beans, which I didn't ate the rice at all
Low fat yogurt in the place of coke or rootbeer
How about that for a change? =)

Good for you bro!
But try not to skip breakfast for the sake of skipping it. Eat more in the morning and lesser as the day progresses. =)
