Recipe for Kebabs
K I know some of you may want this.
Ingredents:
1kg of Chicken Fillet (If possible use chicken tight meat)
1 Bottle of Kikoman sauce
1 Small bottle of Oyster sauce
1 clove of garlic
1 colve of onion
1 can of soda drink (Coke, Pepsi, Rootbeer, even Orange also can)
Sugar or Honey
Flour
Vege to be shewered on the kebabs
Red and Yellow Capsicum
Cherry Tomatoes
Button Mushrooms
Leeks
Steps:
1) Wash the chicken meat and cut them into kebab sizes
2) Marinate the chicken meat with 1/4 bottle of Kikoman, 1/2 can of soda water, 2 spoonful of sugar or honey and 1 spoonful of flour
3) Let the marinate seat in the fridge for 3 hrs or if possible overnight
4) Wash and cut the vege to kebab size.
5) Take out the meat and vege and start to kebab them. Be organized abt it. Buy a big alum tray to store the kebabs.
6) Pour the left over marinate into a bowl and pour the remaining kikoman, coke, and add some diced onion and garlic inside, this will serve as a basting sauce.
7) When grilling the kebab, soak in or brush it often with the sauce to make it moist, tender and juicy!
There you go, the secret to GOOD KEBABS!!!
